KANSAS STATE FAIR TICKET GIVEAWAY

ELIGIBILITY
KANZA Bank Kansas State Fair ticket giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to anyone at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of KANZA Bank, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and KANZA Bank’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROMOTION PERIOD
KANZA Bank Kansas State Fair ticket giveaway (“Contest”) begins on July 1, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on August 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Contest Period").

HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Online Entry: You may enter this Contest by submitting an entry here. 2) Automatic Entry: An eligible KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit cardholder will automatically receive one (1) Contest entry for each eligible KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit Card signature based purchase made during the Promotional Period at a participating merchant location in the U.S. Only eligible KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit Card purchases or payments made with a KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit card that is not in default under the account agreement for that account and issued by KANZA Bank are eligible for automatic entry. KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit Cards issued in connection to a commercial account are not eligible to participate or win. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular cardholder entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the card used to enter the Contest was issued. Account adjustment transactions/returns, cash advances, balance transfers, non-U.S.-dollar purchases, Interlink®-processed transactions, purchases authorized by entering a PIN (personal identification number), and payment of late fees or over-limit fees are excluded from automatic entry. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. KANZA Bank Mastercard Debit cards or debit card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for automatic entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 8/31/2021, in order to be eligible. No purchase necessary

SELECTION OF WINNERS
Four (4) winners will be chosen by random selection from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (the “Prize Winners”). Prize Winners will be notified by phone and/or email by September 10, 2021. If a winner does not affirmatively accept his or her prize within 24 hours, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Prize Winners will agree to permit KANZA Bank to use their name, likeness, photograph and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

PRIZES
There are four prizes that will be awarded to one winner each, for a total of four winners. The prizes are: 1) Two (2) tickets to Nelly with Willie Jones and two (2) 2021 Kansas State Fair gate admissions. 2) Two (2) tickets to Chris Janson and two (2) 2021 Kansas State Fair gate admissions. 3) 2 tickets for 38 Special and two (2) 2021 Kansas State Fair gate admissions. 4) 1 Family Pack to the 2021 Kansas State Fair which includes 4 Adult
gate admission tickets, 20 food tickets, 2 Midway sheets of 20 coupons, 2 punch cards each good for 1 ride each. Determination of the winners will be made by a staff member of KANZA Bank; whose decision is final. KANZA Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. KANZA Bank will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. All taxes, fees, surcharges or liabilities relating to a prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Payment of any federal state or local taxes will be the obligation of the Prize Winners, and any costs not specifically identified herein are the responsibility of the Prize Winners.

PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to KANZA Bank’s use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media (including the internet) without further payment or consideration.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
KANZA Bank reserves the right to add, delete or revise these Official Rules as necessary without notice. KANZA Bank is not responsible for printing errors or omissions. These rules supersede any published advertising.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless KANZA Bank , its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, members and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt of the prize. KANZA Bank and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, members and representatives and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize awarded or participation in this Contest.
KANZA Bank is not responsible for any error or technical malfunction of any telephone, computer, or other equipment which prevents an entry from being made or received during the promotional period. KANZA Bank is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest. KANZA Bank reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and redemption of any prize. Entries by ineligible persons, fraudulent entries, or entries created in error will be disqualified and an alternate entry selected. KANZA Bank reserves the right to void or reverse the awarding of any prize obtained fraudulently or illegally and to seek appropriate remedies to recover any prizes.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforce-ability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and KANZA Bank in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to choice of law rules.
